St Johns Anglican Center has a number of conference and wedding facilities available for hire. These include the Maheno Room for larger gatherings and the Coxen Room for small work groups or consultations. Both rooms are flexible and are fully equipped with the latest communications and conference facilities. The Maheno Room has a generous reception area and is linked to a fully equipped commercial kitchen, which is also available for hire. Air conditioning is available and there are three bathroom areas one being for the disabled.

All areas are accessed by fob keys which are programmed to open areas you require during the days and time you book. These fobs also disarm the local alarm and reset it when you leave. They can be picked up from the office or posted out to you.

For up to: 100 people in a mixture of stand up and occasional seating event such as a social gathering. 120 people in a lecture arrangement. 80 people sit down formal dinner eg a wedding reception
